Hanoi seeks to increase investment cost of metro line approved 15 years ago

The total investment for Nam Thang Long - Tran Hung Dao metro line in Hanoi has been proposed at VND35.6 trillion (US$1.44 billion), up 82% from when the line was approved in 2008.
