Hanoi bans vehicles from two major bridges over safety concerns following typhoon Yagi

Hanoi has banned all vehicles from crossing Long Bien Bridge and restricted many from Chuong Duong starting Tuesday, as floods on the Red River rose to historic height following typhoon Yagi.
