An hour before midnight, thousands of people gather at the Bach Dang Port and along the Saigon River in HCMC to wait for the fireworks show.

Starting at 9 p.m., areas around Ton Duc Thang Street and the Nguyen Hue flower street banned vehicles to make room for people watching the fireworks. Thousands of people gathered at the Bach Dang Riverside Park to wait for the fireworks show.
