During the morning rush hour, the Mai Dich Overpass heading toward Linh Dam is facing traffic jam due to a deeply flooded spot at the entrance of the interchange, forcing vehicles to shift to the left lane to avoid the water. This area, home to a bus station, many apartment buildings, and offices, sees a high volume of commuters.

While the rain has stopped and the sun has come out, some areas in the western city, such as the area in front of My Dinh Bus Station and My Dinh Stadium, remain deeply flooded with water levels of 20-30 cm.
