Hanoi struggles with traffic chaos as floodwaters persist on Wednesday morning

Hanoi remained submerged in floodwaters on Wednesday morning, continuing the disruption caused by heavy rains the day before.

    Mai Dich Interchange begins to snarl

    During the morning rush hour, the Mai Dich Overpass heading toward Linh Dam is facing traffic jam due to a deeply flooded spot at the entrance of the interchange, forcing vehicles to shift to the left lane to avoid the water. This area, home to a bus station, many apartment buildings, and offices, sees a high volume of commuters.
