Aqua City welcomed hundreds of visitors on May 30 for a series of activities, including project tours, boat trips along its waterways and home handover ceremonies for residents.
Hundreds of visitors, including existing residents and prospective buyers, gathered at Aqua City for the event "A Residential Destination Entering a New Era in Dong Nai City." Attendees explored the township, experienced its amenities, and learned about the project updates.
Over the past year, since legal obstacles were resolved, Aqua City has accelerated construction and completion works. A growing number of amenities have become operational, while residents continue to receive homes and complete interior fit-outs. The developments reflect a new phase of growth for one of Novaland's key urban projects.
One of the highlights of the event was a boat tour for visitors to experience the river-oriented environment that defines the township, which features 32 kilometers of waterways.
Sales consultants introduced the project's construction progress, legal status and key features during the tour.
Pham Van Dong, who purchased a villa in Sun Harbor 2 in 2019, said the project had faced challenges in recent years that slowed its development.
However, after revisiting Aqua City on May 30, he said he was impressed by the township's renewed momentum, citing active construction, ongoing home handovers, and a growing number of families moving in.
"In the long term, Aqua City remains highly promising as many major infrastructure projects surrounding the development are underway," Dong said.
During the event, the developer handed over homes to a number of residents. According to the developer, the target for 2026-2027 is to deliver 9,200 properties.
"When families move in, Aqua City will become a vibrant urban community," a representative of the developer said.

The township is expected to benefit directly from major infrastructure developments under development, including Long Thanh International Airport, Long Hung Bridge and Nguyen Huu Canh Boulevard (Huong Lo 2), and Ring Road 3 connecting to Ho Chi Minh City.
The developer expects the township to become home of more than 60,000 residents and one of the leading leisure and entertainment hubs in eastern Ho Chi Minh City, while contributing to the socio-economic development of Dong Nai City.
