Located next to Dragon Bridge in Da Nang, the Ponte subdivision within Sun Ponte Residence complex has entered the handover and interior fit-out phase after two years of construction.
The apartments have been handed over since March and are undergoing interior fit-out. Their location along the Han River, offering panoramic views of the city, is considered one of the project's standout advantages.
According to the developer, the first residents are expected to move in within the next one to two months.
From a distance, the project's twin towers stand out with architecture resembling a bridge suspended above the Han River skyline. The two towers are connected between the 19th and 24th floors. The design enhances visual appeal while maximizing views from apartment balconies.
The grand hotel-style lobby features balanced lighting and refined interior design.
The complex also offers a range of upscale amenities, including a children's playground, community areas, landscaped gardens, restaurants, cafés, and a riverside infinity pool.
According to Sun Group, apartment rental yields in Da Nang remain around 8-9%, among the highest in Vietnam. Popular tenant groups include tourists, foreign experts, and international businesspeople living and working in the city.
A nearly 90-square-meter two-bedroom apartment at The Panoma Tower, part of Sun Cosmo Residence near Tran Thi Ly Bridge, which was handed over about six months ago, is currently being leased for VND42 million ($1,597) per month.
Chau Ngo, a Vietnamese expatriate renting the apartment, said international tenants look beyond location and pay close attention to amenities and the surrounding residential community.
"We are willing to pay 20-30% more for peace of mind and a civilized, high-quality living environment," he said.
During the Hung Kings Commemoration Day and April 30-May 1 holiday period, Da Nang welcomed 1.46 million visitors, up 35% year-on-year, including 621,000 international arrivals, up 24%.
The tourism growth has supported the city's apartment market, including newly launched projects such as Symphony 5, the final tower of the Sun Symphony Residence development.
Developed as a riverside resort-style residence along the Han River, the tower features a wide range of amenities, including a gym, spa, resort-style swimming pool, yoga area, and elevated meditation gardens.
The project also benefits from an adjacent 19,000-square-meter ecological space comprising three parks: a central park, a riverside park, and a sports park, catering to both residential and leisure needs.
The tower inherits the prime location along the Ho Han Thuong-Le Van Duyet corridor, allowing residents convenient access to public amenities and the city center. It is approximately 3 km from Man Thai Beach, 5 km from Da Nang downtown, and 7 km from Da Nang International Airport.
The tower benefits from being part of an already established ecosystem with a growing residential community and fully operational amenities. Around two years after its market launch, towers S1, S2, and S3 were handed over to buyers starting in May.
Residents of Han River-front developments can enjoy the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2026 directly from their balconies. This is considered a major advantage for rental potential and long-term investment returns.
