The Panoma at Sun Cosmo Residence has begun the ownership certificate issuance process.
Tran Minh Quan, an investor from Hanoi, said his apartment is among the first batch eligible for ownership certificate issuance. According to him, completing the legal procedures early provides greater flexibility for investment, leasing and future property transfers.
