NovaGroup takes part in various market sectors.

Apart from its prestigious real property brand - Novaland, NovaGroup is presently introducing two more members, Nova Services and Nova Consumer. The formation of these additional pillars thanks to its second restructuring in 2020 revealed the development strategy of this giant group, specializing in backbone sectors including real estate, commerce and services, agriculture and consumer goods.

NovaGroup representative affirmed with three pillars of Novaland – Nova Services – Nova Consumer, products and services provided by the group all offer the best customer experience.

Especially, Novaland focuses on building a new community with real properties in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and satellite cities, destinations for tourists, resorts, healthcare centers... with leading quality for the region.

Nova Services offers good products and services to the community including retail (restaurants and shops); services (entertainment, sports, tourism, living style); and community service (healthcare and education). Nova Services is expected to add value to Novaland’s real properties.

In the meantime, Nova Consumer - the third pillar of NovaGroup - was renamed from Anova Group operating in the production of agricultural products. In 2021, Nova Consumer was expanded to the field of consumer goods.

NovaGroup orients its activities to realize its sustainable strategy by expanding to the sectors that add values to its core products to serve customers, the community and consumers.

With three pillars, the ecosystem of NovaGroup has been gradually accomplished to serve customers and the community with a high-quality closed value chain. Specifically, NovaGroup provides houses together with essential goods for its customers to settle down, as well as luxurious living standards like at resorts and classy services in destinations developed and invested by the NovaGroup.

With a vision to supply essential goods to the community, NovaGroup has been contributing to developing Vietnamese tourism into a leading sector with sustainable evolution.

With the NovaWorld hospitality-residential real estate, the group hopes to contribute to making Vietnam an attractive destination in the group of 30 countries with the world's leading tourism competitiveness.

In the context of Covid-19 posing big challenges to many businesses, NovaGroup takes this as an opportunity to rise thanks to a clear development strategy and consistency with set goals. Currently, the group's land fund covers more than 5,400 hectares with a total project development value estimated at nearly $45 billion. Not only residential real estate in the center of HCMC, but also real estate in hospitality-residential areas and satellite cities have been gradually introduced, strongly impacting urban and tourism development.

During nearly three decades of establishment and development, besides effective business activities and good staff care, NovaGroup has been carrying out a series of activities associated with community responsibility. With four main sectors of education, healthcare, social security and community development, the group has been implementing meaningful activities for people in many provinces.

During that time, the appearance of group employees in many "hot spots", "red zones" to support the frontline force fighting the pandemic and helping people overcome difficulties became familiar to many across the city. In order to more deeply realize social responsibility, the group plans to invest in education and healthcare with the expectation it would train 20,000 students, 3,000 nurses, to conduct 300,000 medical visits by 2025.

The NovaGroup representative said in the near future, the group would continue to accompany the government in the fight against Covid-19 and many other community activities. In addition to the core task of economic development, creating jobs and income for hundreds of thousands of employees and workers, the group also hopes to provide millions of homes to people, build many of the world's top tourist destinations, and contribute to activate the local economy.
