Hon Yen

"Low tide is the time to see exquisite corals and sea life. Unfortunately, environmental factors threaten the coast, making the underwater ecosystem more vulnerable," the capiton read.

Kitchen Gods

People buy sticky rice shaped in carp as offerings to pay tribute to the Kitchen Gods on the 23rd day of lunar December, or Jananuary 28 this year.

Vietnamese people believe that the Kitchen Gods look after their families ride the fish back to heaven at the end of every year to report their affairs to the Jade Emperor, before returning a day before the Lunar New Year.
