Organizers arranged a Bib pickup area and sponsor's booth 100 m apart along the banks of Hoan Kiem Lake. Hundreds of workers have been working continuously since Monday to set up the area.

Trucks have delivered tons of goods such as water, food... to the expo area. Volunteers had a busy afternoon helping to move and arrange them neatly in the race kit pickup area.
About 1,200 volunteers from universities in Hanoi will assist in welcoming and guiding runners, distributing race kits, supervising security and logistics issues along the race.
In the center of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, the organizers have set up a large stage with LED screen and sound system. This is the place where the opening ceremony will take place with the participation of rapper Rhymastic, singers Bao Tram and Madihu.
The stage will be set up by the end of November 25. The marathon opening stage will take place at 7 p.m., November 26.
Aqua, the main sponsor of VM Hanoi Midnight 2022, has a booth near the race-kit distribution area. The large booth will display a variety of brand's products such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, and freezers.
Runners can experience high-end products and receive gifts when visiting Aqua's booth.
Other sponsors' booth area on Le Thai To street is more than 200 meters long with more than 20 booths.
VM Hanoi Midnight will take place at Dinh Tien Hoang street on the night of November 26 and the early morning of November 27, attracting more than 10,000 runners. The final tournament of the VnExpress Marathon system in 2022 will offer prizes totalling VND1.5 billion.
