A few days before the Asia Cross Country Rally 2022 (AXCR), Aka Racing team are busy with preparations at their office.
There are total 15 members joining this race - three racers, six members of technical team, six of the logistics team to take care of documents, images and communication.

Tien said in addition to the conditions of the cars, the health of the racers and the logistics team must be ensured as the rally requires endurance.
The team also learned from the training regimen of well-known rally racing teams such as Red Bull. They started physical preparations three months before the race, doing exercises with hands, back, shoulders, hips, thighs, where the muscle is often put under great pressure from a long time sitting.
Before the race, the team must change the engine oil, transmission fluid, and carefully inspect the cars.
After upgrading a series of components needed for a long race, the team would test and refine details such as forks, steering wheel.
In the AXCR 2022 race, the team bring six spare fuel tanks to ensure a long and continuous race.
The logistics models are three Mitsubishi Tritons and one Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. The team left Hanoi on Nov. 17 and arrived in Buriram, Thailand, the race site, on Nov. 20.

Aka Racing participated in AXCR for the first time in 2019, before the race was postponed for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Asia Cross Country Rally takes place from Nov. 21-26, starting from Buriam, Thailand, on Nov. 21 and ending at Angkor Wat, Cambodia, on Nov. 26.
