On Jan. 15, Prince Mateen shared a photo on Instagram, where he is seen standing alongside his wife on a balcony overlooking Florence Cathedral in Italy's Rome.

He wrote: 'Happy 1st anniversary.'

Florence Cathedral, completed in 1436, features a striking exterior of polychrome marble panels in shades of green and pink, bordered by white. Its elaborate Gothic Revival façade, designed by Emilio De Fabris in the 19th century, adds to its grandeur.

The basilica is one of the world's largest churches and boasts the largest masonry dome ever constructed, a testament to its architectural brilliance.

On Jan. 5, Prince Mateen shared another photo of him and his wife in the Cotswolds, a picturesque region in central southwest England.

The area is renowned for its Jurassic limestone bedrock, which creates unique grassland habitats and is quarried to produce the golden-colored Cotswold stone, characteristic of the region's charming architecture.

Located in central Italy, Tuscany is surrounded by green grass and wheat fields with slow pace of life and peaceful atmosphere.

It is also a center of art and culture with many museums, art exhibitions and architectural works. This place is also famous for many ancient villages worth exploring such as SanGimignano, Siena, Lucca, Volterra and Pisa.
