This service station, named "Gas Station," is located at the end of Thuy Van Street near Nguyen An Ninh Street in Vung Tau Ward.
The 1,000-square-meter stations are part of a broader project to revamp the entire beach at a cost of nearly VND1.1 trillion (US$43 million). Construction began last October.
The entrance to the "Gas Station" also offers a spot for sightseeing.
Beneath it lies a four-meter-deep underground structure housing sanitation facilities.

The "Fishing Village" station near the Bai Sau flagpole square is styled after a sailboat. Nearby, the "Seashell" and "Cloud" stations are also under construction.
The above-ground section of the "Fishing Village" station is likely to serve as a place to display tourism products and introduce related services.
All stairways leading down to the sanitation areas are open and without roofing. Contractors have installed automatic pumps for draining water during heavy rains.
Inside the stations, automatic lighting systems and ventilation for the underground areas have been installed along with 100 lockers for tourists.
Once operational the six stations are expected to serve 5,000–6,000 people simultaneously.
According to the contractor, the work is over 93% complete. Around 420 people are working at the sites, finishing the underground structures and landscaping areas near Nguyen An Ninh Street.
The stations are scheduled to open for use by the end of August.
A pedestrian tunnel connecting the "Fishing Village" station across Thuy Van Street is also nearing completion. A total of three tunnels are being built to handle congestion during holidays when crowds cross the street.
At the Tam Thang symbolic tower, funded by Sun Group, workers are installing triangular columns that gradually increase in height toward the sea, ranging from 10.9 meters to 31.6 meters. This structure is also expected to be finished by the end of August.
Since the April 30 holiday some facilities at Bai Sau Beach such as the park, walking paths and lighting have already been put into use.
