The decision to integrate the former Sel de Mer Hotel Suites into the portfolio was based on the property's high operational standards. The hotel team has undergone extensive training as part of Seibu Prince's global network, ensuring that the international service philosophy, "Service from the Heart," is delivered consistently.
Inspired by the spirit of Omotenashi, the service program reflects over 100 years of operational excellence. Staff members wear an origami-shaped heart on their uniforms as a daily reminder of their commitment to attentive and thoughtful service.
The 164 minimalist-designed rooms and suites each offer a private balcony with views of either vibrant Da Nang or My Khe Beach. Guests can enjoy a diverse culinary journey at multiple on-site restaurants and bars, including The Speakeasy, a rooftop bar featuring 360-degree panoramic views.
