Actor Chen Sicheng explores Italy's Venice with 21-year-younger girlfriend

Chen shared photos of the trip on Weibo on May 8, showing him holding hands with the girlfriend as they go shopping in Venice, according to Chinese news site 163.

They were seen posing for photos against the backdrop of the Grand Canal.

Venice, a popular tourist destination in Italy, is built on a group of 118 islands, separated by expanses of open water and canals, with 438 bridges connecting various parts of the city.

The Grand Canal is the largest and most famous canal in Venice. It is nearly four kilometers long and separates one half of Venice from the other. A gondola ride is a bucket-list experience for most visitors to explore the city.

Chen is known for his leading roles in the films "A Young Prisoner's Revenge" and "Spring Fever." As a director, he is known for the hit television series "Beijing Love Story" as well as the blockbuster comedy series "Detective Chinatown."

Chen married actress Tong Liya in January 2014. The couple announced their divorce in May 2021.
