A traffic camera has captured foreigners riding motorbikes Monday on the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway, which is off-limits to two-wheel vehicles.

The person who shot the clip said he spotted the four motorbikes carrying five foreigners in the section near the exit point to go to Van Giang Town.

Expressways are reserved for large vehicles, and violators could face fines of up to VND5 million ($213.15) and lose their licenses for up to five months.
