The host Cambodia has announced the list of esports for SEA Games 32 next year and many strength sports of Vietnam were not included.

The Esports Federation of Cambodia (EFC) has confirmed the list of esports at SEA Games 32. There will be a total of nine categories from five disciplines at the biennial sports event.

With the advantage of the host country, Cambodia has selected the epsorts to their strength to compete for medals, typically AK 2 (Attack Online 2), a popular game in the country, but not familiar to most players of other countries in Southeast Asia.

The five esports chosen for SEA Games 32 are AK 2, PUBG Mobile, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, League of Legends: Wild Rift and CrossFire.

The strengths of Vietnam at the last SEA Games including League of Legends and Lien Quan Mobile will be absent from the list. In addition, familiar games such as FIFA Online 4 and Free Fire were removed from SEA Games 32. But with three gold medals out of four events in SEA Games 31, the fans can still expect a successful run for the Vietnam esports team next year.
