Former NFL offensive tackle Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, model and influencer Haley, following viral remarks she made regarding his genitals and the impact on their marriage.

The legal action follows a podcast appearance in November 2025, where Haley, 33, discussed the breakdown of their seven-year marriage. During the interview, she attributed their 2022 divorce in part to intimacy issues, making explicit comparisons about Kalil's penis that she described as "two coke cans, maybe even a third".

The 36-year-old former NFL star alleges that these public statements were an invasion of privacy.

According to court documents, Kalil argues that Haley’s commentary has disrupted his efforts to maintain a private life following his retirement from professional football in 2019.

He specifically noted that his family has been "forced to endure the ongoing public circulation of these degrading and deeply personal statements." Kalil’s current wife, Keilani Asmus, has reportedly received many disturbing social media messages.

The lawsuit also accuses Haley of unjust enrichment, suggesting she was able to "financially benefit from this surge in traffic" generated by the controversial remarks.

Kalil is seeking a jury trial and damages exceeding US$75,000.

"Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal," Haley told TMZ.

The original comments were made during a livestream in November with internet personality Marlon, where Haley described their physical incompatibility as the "biggest factor" in their split. She claimed that despite seeking help from therapists and doctors, the situation remained unmanageable.

"We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying... Looked up lipo-type s***... That's why it's kinda funny. It's like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself," she said, as quoted by Daily Mail. "That was the biggest factor... Love him, but he's my homie... No, because he's like .01% of the population. We've tried, impossible unless you're going to be in tears type s***."

Haley filed for divorce in 2022, citing "irreconcilable differences. Aside from her modeling job, Haley also has a YouTube channel with over 8 million subscribers and an Instagram of more than 9 million followers.

Kalil was a fourth-overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft for the Minnesota Vikings. After making the Pro Bowl in his debut season, he had a five-year stint with the team before playing for Minnesota Vikings and Carolina Panthers.

Following his retirement in 2019, he and his brother Ryan Kalil, who is also an NFL offensive tackle, started a tequila company.
