Vietnamese striker's stunner among best AFF Cup goals

"The holders doubled their advantage over Cambodia as the half hour approached when Nguyen Hoang Duc played into the path of Nguyen Tien Linh, who took one touch and rifled the ball home with a stunning effort from 25 yards. The ball flew so fast, even the cameras could barely catch it – let alone the Cambodian keeper!" the official AFF Cup site stated.

In that game, Linh also scored another goal to help Vietnam win 4-0 against Cambodia.

Other notable goals included Pratama Arhan's cannon against Malaysia and Chanathip Songkrasin's teamwork goal against Vietnam in the semifinals.

There were 88 goals scored in 26 games of AFF Cup 2020.

Thailand eliminated Vietnam in the semifinals and lifted the crown after beating Indonesia 6-2 after two legs of the final.
