"This is more than a match between two clubs, it's a showdown between Vietnamese and Thai football. Representing Vietnam is a great honor and we'll give our all to secure victory and bring the title home," Hai said.

The first leg of the 2024–2025 ASEAN Club Championship final will kick off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Hang Day Stadium in Hanoi. The second leg is scheduled for May 21 in Thailand. CAHN previously defeated Buriram 2–1 in the group stage.
