"Found an old photo from 41 years ago. It's been a while," she wrote in the caption of the photo she posted on Facebook.
In the black and white photo posted on Sept. 19, Madam Pang had shoulder-length hair and a charming smile.
Fans quickly praised her, noting her elegant face shape and bright, captivating expression that has remained unchanged over the years.
Now 59, Madam Pang continues to impress with her youthful appearance and graceful demeanor. She attributes her longevity and healthy skin to disciplined daily habits, including a fruit-rich diet with limited sugar and fat, drinking at least 20 glasses of water per day, exercising five times a week, and maintaining six hours of quality sleep nightly, according to Thai magazine Praew.
Madam Pang, real name Nualphan Lamsam, is a fifth-generation member of the Lamsam family, one of Thailand’s wealthiest, with a net worth of US$890 million, according to Forbes. She got a marketing degree from Chulalongkorn University and a master’s in management from Boston University in the U.S.

She became the first woman in Thailand and Asia to serve as president of a national football federation in 2024. Before that, she was the leader of the Thailand national football team from August 2021 to January 2024.
During her tenure, she invested approximately 60 million baht ($1.7 million) in team rewards, helping Thailand secure the AFF Cup titles in 2021 and 2022.
Madam Pang is currently the chairwoman and CEO of Muang Thai Life Assurance, one of Thailand’s top insurance firms, and serves on the boards of at least 16 companies, primarily in real estate.
