Star striker Erling Haaland said he has no regrets about throwing the ball at Gabriel Magalhaes's head at the end of Man City's 2-2 draw with Arsenal in the Premier League.

"What happens on the football pitch, happens on the football pitch. That's the way it is. I don't regret much in life," Haaland said in a press conference before the Nations League game between Norway and Slovenia and on Thursday.

Haaland had a series of controversial acts at the end of the Premier League match on Sept. 22, when Man City played Arsenal at Etihad Stadium. After John Stones equalized 2-2 for the home team, Haaland picked up the ball and threw it at Gabriel's head. At that time, the Brazilian defender was disappointed after conceding as he covered his face with his jersey and did not know about Haaland's provocation.

After Arsenal kicked off, Haaland rushed up and pushed Thomas Partey's shoulder, as a way to retaliate for Kai Havertz's collision with Rodri at the beginning of the match, sparking a brawl between players from both teams. Haaland got into a scuffle with Ben White, Jakub Kiwior and Gabriel, using explicit language before the referee stepped in. He reportedly said "f**k off" to Kiwior, then taunted 17-year-old Myles Anthony Lewis-Skelly by asking "who the f**k are you?".

After the match, the 24-year-old striker also tapped Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta’s shoulder and mocked him by saying "stay humble eh, stay humble". Striker Gabriel Jesus, who was standing right next to him, immediately reacted, but Haaland turned to him and said: "what you talking about, get the f**k away you f*****g clown".

The incident was captured on live television, but Haaland didn't receive any punishment from the Premier League.

In the Nations League match against Slovenia on Thursday, Haaland, who captained Norway, scored a brace to become the team’s top scorer of all time. With 34 goals, he surpassed Jorgen Juve's 33-goal record.

Haaland, 24, is one of the best players in the world. A prolific goal scorer, he is known for his strength, pace and finishing.
