When visiting our parent company in Japan, I was surprised to see the company chairman and his wife buying tea and snacks for employees at a rest stop.

My colleagues and I took a short business trip to visit our parent company in Japan. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and hospitality. The company chairman, the CEO, their wives, and the entire staff welcomed us graciously, making us feel truly appreciated.

During our stay, they took care of everything—from food and accommodations to sightseeing and shopping. Every detail was meticulously planned, ensuring that our schedule aligned perfectly with the Shinkansen train timetable. Their attentiveness made our visit smooth and enjoyable.

It felt as though the people at our parent company anticipated our every need. Their thoughtfulness showed in the way they paid close attention to even the smallest details, making us feel valued and respected.

At rest stops, the chairman and his wife immediately bought warm tea and snacks for us. These simple yet considerate gestures left a lasting impression, making us feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone in our group was touched by their kindness, creating unforgettable memories.

Each country has its own culture and valuable lessons to offer. In Japan, I learned the importance of professionalism, respect for colleagues and superiors, and a strong work ethic. The Japanese rarely say "no" outright, always give their best, and prioritize teamwork over individual recognition.

Every trip to Japan deepens my admiration for its people. Their discipline and kindness inspire me to build better habits, and I hope others who visit can take lessons from their culture and apply them to their own lives.
