Vietnamese woman walks around naked at Philippine airport over visa fines

The woman, 34, strutted around without clothing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, News.com.au reported. The incident was captured on camera.

The woman allegedly finished her holiday in the Philippines and was going to fly back to Ho Chi Minh City, but she was asked by authorities to pay a fee for overstaying her visa. She disputed about the fee, before entering the airport's toilet and came out naked, passing through security gates and body scanners.

Airport personnel said the woman was eventually persuaded to calm down and put on clothes, before being taken to the airport's clinic, the Philstar reported. She stayed there overnight, received treatment, paid the fine and later flew back to HCMC.

She reportedly did not harm any passenger or cause delays.
