Two Vedan seasoning products honored at 2025 Superior Taste Award

Vedan Pork Flavor Seasoning and Mushroom Flavor Vegetable Seasoning have been recognized with the 2025 Superior Taste Award by the International Taste Institute in Belgium.

This marks Vedan Vietnam's first time participating in the prestigious competition, with both products receiving awards, highlighting the company's strategic investment in developing products that meet international quality standards.

The Superior Taste Award is a globally recognized certification with a 20-year history. To earn the award, Vedan's seasoning products underwent a rigorous evaluation by over 200 chefs and food experts from leading European culinary associations.

The judging process involved blind tastings, ensuring impartiality by concealing brand names and prohibiting communication among judges during the scoring. Products were assessed across five key criteria: first impression, aroma, taste, texture, and final sensation.

Only products scoring 70% or higher receive certification. Vedan Pork Flavor Seasoning and Vedan Mushroom Flavor Vegetable Seasoning scored 75.5% and 75.7%, respectively, exceeding the threshold and earning recognition on their very first submission. These results reflect Vedan's methodical and committed approach to raising product quality in line with both domestic and global expectations.

Both products are household staples in Vietnamese kitchens, valued for their well-balanced flavors, versatility, and ease of use in local cuisine. Made from natural ingredients and produced with advanced biotechnology, they comply with internationally recognized quality management systems including ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, and ISO 14001 - ensuring both flavor and food safety.
