Two-month-old baby among 37 recovering from Covid-19

Thirty seven people recovered from Covid-19 on Wednesday, including a two-month-old baby girl, two pregnant women and two chronic kidney patients.

Of them, 31 were discharged from the Covid-19 field hospital in Da Nang's Hoa Vang District. They included the two pregnant women, the baby and two people who are undergoing dialysis.

Three other patients were at the Da Nang Hospital for Lung Diseases and three at the Ba Ria-Vung Tau General Hospital and Bac Lieu General Hospital in the south and Nam Dinh General Hospital in the north. The latter three were diagnosed with Covid-19 after being quarantined upon entering the country from Russia and Saudi Arabia.

The kidney patients have been transferred to the Da Nang Dermato-Venereology Hospital for isolation for another two weeks and dialysis, while the rest have been told to isolate themselves at home.

Vietnam has had 1,034 Covid-19 cases so far, including 632 recoveries and 30 deaths.
