Two crushed to death by flipping truck in northern Vietnam

A man and a woman were in their car when a container truck suddenly flipped over.

The accident occurred at a crossroads in Nam Dinh City, about 80 kilometers (50 miles) south of Hanoi. 

The man, 53, and the woman, 43, both residents in the city, were killed instantly in their five-seat car stuck under the container when the police arrived.

Traffic accidents kill one person every hour in Vietnam on average, according to official data.
