The 126,000-square-meter project integrates the production of timber components, modern modular homes, and high-end furniture, while also initiating a roadmap toward achieving Net Zero Carbon certification by 2028.
Founded in 2001, TranDuc Corporation has continuously expanded its capabilities. Within just eight years (2001-2009), it established three factories specializing in high-end furniture, CLT/Glulam wood components, and modern modular home solutions. Over its 24-year journey, the company has completed more than 500 interior projects for 4- and 5-star hotel chains in the U.S. market. Domestically, TranDuc has been involved in major projects like An Lam Retreats Ninh Van Bay, Ecopark Hung Yen, Novaworld Phan Thiet, and Ecopark Vinh, which won the National Architecture Gold Award for 2024–2025.
Building on the growing trend of "green buildings" and leveraging over 15 years of experience collaborating with leading corporations from New Zealand, Canada, and Japan, the new TranDuc Nam Tan Uyen factory reflects the company's commitment to pioneering sustainable timber solutions in Vietnam.
The factory, located in Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Binh Duong, features a three-story production facility with a total floor area of up to 160,000 square meters. It includes two main factory clusters - TranDuc Homes (TDH) and TranDuc Furnishings (TDF) - divided into four key production zones:
- 40,000 sqm for structural timber component production
- 40,000 sqm for modular homes
- 65,000 sqm for hotel furniture manufacturing
- 15,000 sqm for furniture accessories and building materials
Phase I is set to be completed and operational by Q2 2026, providing integrated product solutions for both domestic and export markets.
