Me Linh Circle is located by the Saigon River and connects six major streets: Ton Duc Thang, Hai Ba Trung, Thi Sach, Ngo Duc Ke, Phan Van Dat, and Ho Huan Nghiep.
About 200 meters from Nguyen Hue walking street, the area often experiences heavy traffic and congestion. Motorbikes passing close to turning trucks are particularly vulnerable to blind spots and collisions.
