Traffic camera footage in HCMC captured a group of pedestrians frantically crossing the street and nearly being hit by a car on Sunday.

In the footage, recorded in District 8, a group of jaywalkers can be seen crossing the street in a hurry in an area without road crossing lines. Upon seeing an approaching 16-seat car, the group split into half, with one staying back on the road and the other rushing to the other side.

The car fortunately had enough time to brake, and there was no collision.
