Five teenagers in HCMC have been summoned by the police for motorbike racing and performing dangerous stunts on a major avenue.

The teens, aged 16 and 17, were released on bail on Friday but remain under investigation by Go Vap District police for disrupting public order.

The incident came to light after a video clip, showing the teenagers speeding and riding motorbikes in the wrong lanes on Pham Van Dong Street, was sent to the HCMC traffic police division. Authorities quickly verified the footage and identified those involved, leading to their summons.
