Le Minh Hien, 37; Vo Thanh Bang, 61; and Pham Duy Nien, 19 were arrested to be investigated for public disruption, after a video that went viral on social media showed them fighting on Vo Van Tan Street.

The police said Hien was delivering goods on the street on Dec. 10 when he slightly lost control of his motorbike after a bus driven by Bang got close.

Hien then sped up to chase after the bus, blocking the way and slammed his hand onto the bus. "Are you blind or not?" Hien screamed, and Bang got off the vehicle with a metal bar. The two then had a physical altercation.

Nien, the bus assistant, then came down and kicked Hien, causing him to fall. Hien then picked up bricks to retaliate, but was slammed down onto the ground. The fight was recorded on video by passersby.

The police said the fight happened in a public space and negatively affected security and order in the area, resulting in their arrest.
