A 28-year-old woman who was dragged underneath the car was confirmed dead on Monday morning.
Five other victims who were injured are in stable condition and continue to receive treatment at local hospitals.
At the scene, vehicles were scattered across a 20-meter stretch of road, with debris, helmets, and shoes spread across the area.
One victim, Duong Ngoc Hai, said he was waiting at the red light when the car crashed into him from behind. Many people were thrown from their motorbikes, including one who landed on the car's hood before falling onto the road and sustaining serious injuries.

After the crash, the female driver, appearing panicked, was escorted by the police to a station for investigation.
Police later confirmed that a breathalyzer test on the driver, 41, revealed an alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 mg/liter of breath. The woman initially claimed she "accidentally pressed the accelerator," causing the accident.
Investigators are conducting further tests to measure her blood alcohol content and are analyzing the scene to determine the cause of the accident.
