The Makeover 2024 to host global experts' discussion on green growth

Talentnet's The Makeover 2024 event will provide insights and opportunities for attendees, focusing on innovation strategies and sustainable development in people strategies for businesses.

The Makeover 2024 will take place on Oct. 15-16 at White Palace Pham Van Dong in Ho Chi Minh City, bringing together over 20 leading experts from 10 countries, including India, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, the U.K. and Vietnam.

Under the theme "Foster Green Dynamics," the conference is expected to deliver content such as identifying the true role of AI in green transformation strategies, addressing the paradox of rapid development in green strategy, and providing growth strategies for businesses through practical lessons, alongside growth-centric rewards strategies for enterprises.

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, AI has become an assistant for businesses on their journey towards sustainable growth.

The roles, potential, and methods of collaborating with employees and organizations to achieve the highest efficiency will be discussed at the event through three presentations.

The first one, "Unlocking Asian Creativity in the 21st Century," by speaker Roy Chua, Associate Dean, Post-Experience Postgraduate Program, Professor of Organizational Behavior and HR, Singapore Management University (SMU), is expected to bring forth extensive research conducted over many years on the creativity of Asian individuals.

The second presentation, "Powering Your Organization with AI" by internationally renowned speaker Mitchell Pham, is expected to help businesses fully harness the power of AI in business transformation. Mitchell Pham is an advisor to the APEC governments on the advancing digital economies and an Asia 21 Fellow and Global Council Member of the Asia Society, a prestigious and long-standing NGO promoting Asia's development. His presentation is anticipated to include practical stories of AI application in business life, along with in-depth studies on the power of AI.

James Taylor, a top international speaker on creativity and innovation, will deliver the third presentation, on supercollaboration, discussing the promotion of innovation through creativity and collaboration between humans and technology. With experience advising CEOs from Silicon Valley (USA) to Dubai, he will bring to The Makeover 2024 a different perspective on the collaboration between humans and AI, as well as between humans themselves, to create sustainable transformation for the future.

The Makeover 2024 will begin with a presentation by a distinguished expert from the World Economic Forum (WEF) on the concept of green economy, a term that, while relatively new, has gained significant traction globally in recent years.

At this event, the WEF will illuminate the components required for the development of a green economy and explore its progress in Asia and Vietnam.

Talentnet is set to unveil its Talentnet-Mercer Salary Survey, featuring fresh and in-depth data across various industries. It will introduce the concept of Pay Agility, a new global trend that is beginning to take shape in Vietnam in various forms.

For the first time, this concept will be examined through four key pillars, promising to provide attendees with insights, supported by data from Talentnet's salary report.

The Makeover 2024 will also feature a panel discussion with senior leaders from LinkedIn, Masan, and Talentnet. They will explore strategies for attracting cross-border talent through innovative salary and bonus policies.

Sharing about The Makeover 2024, Tieu Yen Trinh, CEO of Talentnet, said that under the pressures of the market and technology, businesses are eager to transform rapidly while also ensuring sustainable and long-term growth.
