Singer Pham Thi Huong Tram has called on authorities to find those responsible for spreading rumors about her and altered photos.

Tram has listed the websites and social media accounts in her complaint in which she said the incident has violated her honor and reputation and directly affected her life and her family’s.

She said a doctored photo showing her with two children has led to rumors that she had given birth to them.

Several clients had terminated their contracts with her, she said.

Tram’s manager has vowed she and her lawyer would get to the bottom of the issue.

The actual parents of the children in Tram’s photo also wanted authorities to find the culprits, saying it affected their children.

Nguyen Van Quang, Tram’s lawyer, said websites and online accounts have doctored photos of Tram and government leaders, and this could constitute slander.

Tram, 29, began her career in 2019 before going to the U.S. to study.

In 2021 she changed her stage name to Charmy Pham.

In 2023 she returned to Vietnam to resume her singing career, and in November released music video LaLaLa.
