Singaporean woman found dead inside unrented HCMC apartment

The management committee of The Goldview apartment complex in District 4 was told by an apartment owner of the dead body inside their apartment. Authorities then visited the site for forensic analysis and to investigate the cause of the woman’s death.

The owner of the apartment reportedly does not have any contract to rent out the apartment to anyone. The card used to enter the apartment signified that it was last used to access the elevator five months ago on Jan. 31.

An official police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
