Party chief Nguyen Phu Trong welcomes President Joe Biden

Biden is paying Vietnam a state visit from Sunday to Monday upon Trong's invitation. It is his first to Vietnam since taking office in early 2021, which comes as Vietnam and the U.S. are celebrating 10 years of Comprehensive Partnership.
