Man squirts urine on women to meet them

Tan Jun Hao, 31, followed a 26-year-old woman at the Nicoll Highway MRT Station on April 9, The Straits Times reported. He then squirted a mixture of his own urine and flour onto her dress, before walking past her.

The woman reported that she first thought it was bird droppings due to its stench.

Yap Jia Jun, deputy public prosecutor, said the man intended to put the mixture on the women’s clothes in order to have an excuse to begin a conversation with them by informing them of their sullied garments, the Free Malaysia Today reported.

Tan admitted to what he did on June 20, adding that he had done the same thing to two other people, according to the reports.
