Live: Shangri-La Dialogue Keynote Address

Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O-Cha is making a keynote address to open Asia's largest annual security forum, Shangri-la Dialogue, which will take place in Singapore from June 3-5 this year.

At least 20 defense ministers, including U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter, will attend the forum, with territorial disputes in the South China Sea (Vietnam’s East Sea) being part of the agenda, according to AFP.

Vietnam’s delegation is led by Vice Defense Minister, Senior Lieutenant General, Nguyen Chi Vinh. He is expected to present Vietnam’s resolute and clear point of view about the East Sea at the dialogue.
