Hubexo Asia Awards 2025 marks 20 years of Vietnam's architectural excellence

This year's ceremony welcomed over 300 distinguished guests, including real estate developers, architects, contractors, and strategic partners. The event honored remarkable achievements while highlighting the industry's steady progress toward sustainable development. Organized by Hubexo, a key player in the construction ecosystem, the awards continue to foster collaboration, innovation, and long-term growth.

The Top 10 Developers Awards recognize the most active and impactful real estate developers contributing to Vietnam's evolving urban landscape through innovative, sustainable, and large-scale projects.

The awardees are BRG Group, Frasers Property Vietnam, Gamuda Land Vietnam, Hoang Huy Group, Indochina Kajima Development Limited, KCN Vietnam Group, Keppel Vietnam, Masterise Group, Sun Property Group, and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.

The Top 10 Architects Awards honor firms that lead the way in creativity and innovation, redefining quality standards, embracing sustainability, and creating user-centric designs.

The winners are Archivina Consulting Joint Stock Company, CUBIC Architects JSC, GK Archi, Goome Architecture and Construction Development JSC, HPA Design & Partners (Vietnam) Company Limited, INNO Joint Stock Company, MH Architects Joint Stock Company, National General Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, TwoG Architecture JSC, and Viet Engineering Value Construction Consultants JSC.

Contractors are the backbone of the built environment, responsible for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The Top 10 Contractors Awards spotlight companies that have demonstrated superior technical expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

The winners are CDC Construction Joint Stock Company, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, Coteccons Construction JSC, DECOFI - Design & Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1, DELTA Group, Newtecons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company, Phuoc Thanh Construction Corporation, SOL E&C Investment Construction Joint Stock Company, Tuan Le Construction Company Limited, and Unicons Investment Construction Company Limited.

A special highlight of this year's event was the introduction of the Elite Awards, recognizing companies that have received Hubexo (formerly BCI Asia) Awards 10 times or more over the past 20 years. These honorees exemplify enduring commitment and lasting contributions to the industry.

Inaugural Elite Awards honorees (alphabetical order) are Archetype Group, DP Consulting Co. Ltd., HTT Group – Ho Thieu Tri Architect and Associates, NQH Architects Co. Ltd., and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company.
