The Event Technology Exhibition 2023, the first exhibition in the event organization field in Vietnam, attracted visitors thanks to modern technology demonstrations.

ETE 2023 was jointly organized by HCMC's GEM Center and more than 30 prestigious units on Oct. 14 in a 5,000-meter square location, divided into three main zones with the themes "To the Ocean", "To the Cave", and "To the Forest", creating a journey through the world of technology.

The Pollux Hall subdivision took inspiration from the ocean with the impressive appearance of the Audi e-tron GT sports car. The entire process was done using Alta Media's projection mapping technology, Vietart's visual images, and the floor mapping system produced by Step.

TShowsLED's load-bearing LED flooring system also gave visitors an enjoyable experience. They could feel the flow of the ocean right under their feet as they moved across the floor.

Another outstanding performance was Alta Media's demonstration of kinetic technology. The entire system of 140 kinetic balls continuously changed state and color and moved up and down according to shapes and music, adding to the artistic dance performance.

Also at Pollux Hall, visitors had the opportunity to learn about professional sound and lighting equipment and the layer truss system of An Bach Layer Truss. There was also Thanh Cong's infinity LED technology and a stunning sound and light show performed by experts from Nam Sao Media.

Next was Castor Hall, which took inspiration from natural caves. Visitors were greeted with mist by Alta Media, which used steam to create a screen that displayed projections that people could pass through.

There was a rain path created by ArtTech using a special technical system capable of continuously directing water flow. Continuing inside, attendees continued to admire the display of ArtTech's Led Matrix technology, accompanied by support from Quoc Viet's sound and lighting systems and visual effects from TN Media.

LED matrix is a type of light capable of creating strong, colorful light beams with different shapes, helping to increase visual effectiveness during performances. All LED bulbs can be controlled to change color using specialized software and hardware.

The central area was a multi-dimensional space with the frame produced by STEP Company, images by Motix, and the installation of a curved LED screen and gauze screen from Show Group. The special feature here was the "real-time tracking" projection technology combined with "projection mapping" using a special Barco projector. It was one of the leading global technology brands, developing networked visualization solutions for the entertainment and enterprise markets.

The Barco UDX-4K32 projector provided by Show Group offered unique technology, projecting images that could move automatically according to moving objects. This technology detects the movement and position of the target object at high speed to achieve a smooth projection.

The third highlight in this subdivision was the multi-dimensional art space produced by Lu Nhac Company, which installed the frames, and TN Media, which created the images.

The space was named "immersive room", created by a Barco projector system provided by Show Group in Vietnam. This is an interactive technology popular around the world because of its ability to create unique immersive experiences.

Visual images were zoomed into a large space by dozens of projectors. The details displayed were clear and vivid, bringing a feeling of "immersion" in the world of technology and creativity to the audience.

On the top floor of GEM Center was a section that introduces technology applications for banquets and personal events.

The unit in charge was La Truong Xuan Luxury Wedding, which put together the section based on the theme "Fantasy Rainforest". In the magical tropical rainforest setting with rich flora, visitors could experience a series of technologies: LED matrix, kinetic, mist screen, water screen, and especially 3D mapping technology on the banquet table.

The Event Technology Exhibition 2023 not only brought interesting experiences and a lot of practical information, but also helped spread creative inspiration to thousands of individuals and businesses in HCMC.

Choosing the message "Dare to Inspire" for this exhibition, GEM Center said it wants to spread the spirit of creative pioneering, daring to accept challenges to create breakthroughs.

"We believe that with our available potential, when connecting together, units and businesses in the field of event organization will create value for not only ourselves but also for society, and at the same time create new standards in this industry," a representative of GEM Center said.

Event Technology Exhibition 2023 was accompanied by the following units: CHOO Communications, ProEvents; La Thuong Xuan; ShowGroup, Tran Linh Vietnam, Barco, Motix, VietArt, Anti Brief Studio, Alta Media, TShows LED; HLED, Van Nghe Music Center, Nam Sao Media, Quoc Viet Sound & Lighting, Ky Laser; Lu Nhac, STEP, Anh Vang; ArtTech, AnBachLayerTruss, TN Media, Avitech, Union, Gumi Solutions, Thanh Cong; ADV Digital, Expand VN, VietImage, Phan Hai.
