The 28-year-old clerical worker allegedly made five bomb threat reports to police on April 27, claiming that there might be an explosive device at Kai Tak Sports Park, where Tse's concert was held later the same day with more than 40,000 fans in attendance, The Standard reported.
Police quickly conducted thorough searches but found no explosive devices.
The investigation confirmed that the reports were false and that the woman acted alone, according to officials, RTHK reported.
The concert was successfully held without incident.

Tse's concert – the only event at the stadium on April 27 – marked the final date of his four-day solo show series, his first in 25 years.
Police believe the motive behind the hoaxes was a dispute over concert tickets.
Tse, 45, began his entertainment career as a singer in 1996 and made his acting debut two years later.
His concert series, held from April 24 to 27, marked his return to the stage after a 25-year hiatus, as reported by the South China Morning Post.
