In the early hours of Sunday, narcotics and criminal investigators, along with riot police, conducted inspections at four establishments: Adm, Kosho, Vip Lounge, and Nation, all located in Bien Hoa City, the capital of Dong Nai Province, which borders Ho Chi Minh City.
These venues, which operate as food and beverage service providers, lacked proper licenses to function as bars or nightclubs.
