84-year-old arrested for raping disabled girl

An 84-year-old man has been accused of raping a disabled girl while she was home alone in central Quang Ngai Province.

Police in Tra Bong District arrested Ho Van Thuong for rape of a minor on Sunday.

Thuong's crime allegedly took place four months ago when the girl, who cannot speak or stand up on her own, was home alone as her parents were working on a farm.

The girl's father reported the incident to police.
