Officers seized over 1.5 kg of various types of drugs from the three places.
Investigators determined that F5 Club and Six T Club were owned by a group of people led by Bui Phan Minh Toan who allowed outsiders to openly sell drugs to attract more customers.
Their rule was that if customers bring drugs from outside, they would be escorted out by security.
