Chinese man dies in factory blast in southern Vietnam

A piece of machinery in a factory owned by Chinese firm Sunway Bike Co. Ltd. in Long An Province exploded and killed one technician.

The company, which makes bicycles and sporting equipment in Long An that borders Ho Chi Minh City, said the accident took place on Wednesday night, killing Wang Li Dong, 32.

Dong was operating the machine when other staff heard a big blast. When they rushed to him they discovered that he had already died from the explosion.

Police are investigating the case.
