Chinese gangster fugitive arrested in southern Vietnam

Zhang, 50, is accused of being the mastermind behind a gangster organization and a murder case. He is wanted by the Fuzhou City police in China.

Also Friday, Binh Duong Police arrested another Chinese fugitive, 38-year-old Pan Jianlei, wanted for causing deliberate injury.

Binh Duong police said that after committing crimes in China, the fugitives hid in many Vietnamese provinces before they were caught.

Both men will be handed over to Chinese authorities, police said.
