65 test positive for banned substances at liquor shop

65 people were found abusing drugs Saturday at a liquor shop in the northern port city of Hai Phong.

Police entered the Playhouse shop in Le Chan District at around 1:45 a.m. and found around 200 customers and employees inside.

They found drugs in the shop that has been licensed to sell alcohol, not to do business as a bar or dance club. Certain tools used to consume drugs like ketamine were also found at the shop.

Hai Phong police said the 65 people were taken to the Gia Minh rehab facility.
