The men, 23 to 31 years old, will be charged with "engaging in sexual intercourse with a person aged from 13 to under 16," which is punishable by up to five years in jail, and 10 years if the girl is impregnated.
Police had opened the investigation late September after the father of the girl reported that she was 21 weeks pregnant and he suspected that his daughter, mentally challenged, had suffered sexual abuse when studying away from home.
The girl told the police that she had sex with several men that she knew in different guesthouses in the province. Police have not determined who the father is yet.
