The song idea came from an article the band leader read in 2021, when a special method to measure the age of the universe was used.
People say age is just a number. According to the group, youth is a feeling, not a specific number assigned to a subject.
One cannot even imagine how young the oldest people are when comparing their life experiences with the experiences of the universe since the Big Bang.
In the eyes of the universe, the oldest human being today is like a small cell that has just been born.

"What does that mean? It means that we as a species are still very young; we should never think we are too old to do something, whether it is learning new skills, building new relationships, traveling to a new place, or accumulating new experiences, because no matter how old we think we are as humans, we will always be too young for the universe," said Suzanna Lam, group leader.
The female artist and producer also shared the band's vision, based on a single formula, SPEMM Health.
SPEMM stands for spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and monetary health.
So this new song, "Just Cuz We're Young," fits with the "M" for "mental" in their songwriting formula because that's the state of mind that they're in. "We should always put ourselves on the journey of life to experience happiness," Lam said.
The part that Urban Fu$e likes most about the song is that it gives listeners seven things they can do as young people.
